has any girls noticed there periods being irregular? with having anxiety

I would not know as I'm on the pill but I know that stress can Cause lots of things but also they can just change as mine have through the years

Mine have always been irregular but my anxiety always kicks in a bit before my period starts.

Mine has always been very regular.. Anxiety or not. Same time every month, for the same length of days... EXCEPT now that I've been breast feeding lol no period since February 2012 (found out I was pregnant on St. Patrick's Day in 2012. My son is almost 9 months.

wow no period since then! my sons 9'month :) got mine back wen he was 4 month but it's dodgy!

Yeah I suspect it's because I've been exclusively breast feeding for 8 months
