I just had a pain in my arm between elbow and wrist.. kind of a sharp pain and it like sent a shock wave and my back itched at the exact same time my arm hurt.. what the hell.. am I going crazy? ??

That pain in my arm sometimes feels like that, turns out it was carpel tunnel syndrome.
