Does anyone else feel ok one minute then,get a headache the next minute???my head is hurting now and I feel dizzy,it is always when I am trying to get to sleep!!!!

yes, it can happen. This would be the perfect time to focus on breathing techniques, or listening to audio -meditation or calming re: anxiety or panic. they can be helpful if you focus on that instead
