Throat closing up

Does anyone else get like tightness in the throat? It feels like the throat is closing up but I can breathe and swallow.

Yes, I have experienced this feeling in the past. It's the absolute worst! I find if i do deep breathing and continue to tell myself I am just having anxiety and it will pass, it helps. It took a while for it to work and at first it felt strange, but after a while it does help.

Yes all the time, i usually cough/clear my throat drink some water so it feels more lubricated then remind myself it's ok and to relax
