Chest pains when under stress???

Today has been extremely busy and stressful at work, then out of the blue I start getting severe piercing chest pains under left breast and in left arm. It felt as if someone had knocked the breath out of me. Totally freaked me out now anxiety is through the roof. Is this normal???? Am I ok??? I cannot go to ER unless it is life threatening or the insurance won't pay please talk to me!!! Thank you

I've had a stressful day as well and been having pains in my chest on and off all afternoon/evening! It's felt tight and sore makin me very on edge it's awful

Listen hun its all anxiety causing it you will be fine and dont to go the er room...there on and off its like mine but i try not to pay mind and they will go away i promise stay strong!!!

I get that when stressed. I really do think you will be ok.

Yea i get everyday from the anxiety i hate it that discomfort feeling like something coming but i know its anxiety i hope it is lol

My chest pains have vanished again, for three day now. Before it was bothering for three weeks. Try not to worry, I know it's hard :-)

Yea it stops and comes back i hate the feeling man...plus i went to the cardio and had sono gram and stress test you think i would think better not worst this suks!

Even when I feel normal, like I'm having a good day, I'm still severely stressed
