My anxiety has been strange this week... Very spaced out feeling... Seems to happen most when I'm at work and I feel tired and then I just feel strange... Not really sure how to explain the feeling that overcomes me. I try to talk myself out of it and sometimes it works but I've been feeling like this at work off and on all week... And then when I am in my spaced out moment every ache or pain or anything is intensified by 100!! And then it will just go away... Anyone ever experience this?

Hi
I quite often feel spaced out when I am stressed or anxious and often at work. Sometimes it is set off by silly things (hunger, being too hot, being too tired.) My advice have something healthy to eat, try and grab a bit of fresh air, but most of all try to just ignore it. If at work just work through it as much you can as I find thinking about it is when I get worse (by letting my mind run away and thinking I must be ill or something)
Good luck with it - never a nice feeling

I get like this when I've been really anxious. Its almost like my body is so exhausted from stressing out that it nearly shuts down. When this happens I often spend most of my day sleeping because every task is very difficult. When awake I'm often just stating into space and com pletly dazed out.

That is exactly how I get too...today even. You're right you just have to push through it
