Keep getting numb arm and hands does anyone else? especially on the left side and once it goes away my hand just feels weak

Yes I used to get it all the time, and also down side of my face. Still happens now but I've learnt not to pay too much attention to it

I've experienced it as well. But just sometimes.. It's not my main physical complaint.. < If that is a correct English sentence haha. Anyways, I've had it in my feet and hands.. And also around my lips. The first time I freaked out, and the second time, and the third time haha. But after that I could accept it a little bit and try not focus on it..
