Why is it i feel like im coming down with a cold, sore throat croaky voice, nasty taste etc, ive had cold that many times yet i think its something else how perthetic am i its a cold and im cant stop thing its something else :( x

I always feel and worry that I have different illnesses or problems with my anxiety... often heart attacks :/ But really its the anxiety playing tricks.. xx

Same here. And when I'm good I'm like 'Oh yeah its anxiety'. But when I have the complaints who come with anxiety, I immediately doubt my body...
