Ive been to hell and back with anxiety, panic agoraphobia and PTSD I was self medicating with beer for 17 yrs to deal with the uncomfortable feelings. I just got off that bandwagon and feel blessed. But theres a lot of work ahead for me to manage the symptoms and am glad I found this place.
