arm pain

my left arm n hand / fingers have been numb and sore all night, anyone?
and also little chest pain

Its all anxiety hun i feel the sameway i get soreness in my left arm it starts with the bicep and then it stops and then my fore a starts..and have discomfort chest pain on the left side..try not to think to much about it i been doing that and im fine..
