hello does ne1 elese get pins n needs n throbbin n shootin pains in there hands and also muscle twitches in there legs n arms n fingers plz let me no

Hi

I get twitches in my arms, legs, back, etc. When my anxiety first started I used to get them all over the surface of my head too, just like little nerves jumping. That was 9 years ago and it never did me any harm - although it's very annoying.

The pins n needles thing is very common amongst anxiety sufferers.
