Tightness in the middle of chest

I am a sufferer of health anxiety. I go back and forth with a variety of symptoms.. They seem to change from week to week... Recently I have felt a tightening in the middle of my chest. Closer to my stomach. Almost like a knot there.. I feel like I can't take a deep breath or swallow. Very annoying. Anyone else experience this?

It's pretty common here. :) I'd say 85% of us here have that. It's from clenching your chest and stomach muscles, waiting to have a heart attack. Lol!
