A bug or something more?

This afternoon I feel terrible I'm shakey cold but my body's hot I ache every where my heart is racing I feel sick and I have a really bad headache :( does everyone think this may just be a bug? Thanks

Have you taken your temperature? I know when I'm sick I get a bunch of those feelings too.

My temp is normal my partner had a bug where he was shakey achey ect so maybe I've caught it and being pregnant with morning sickness may have made it worse I don't know it's making my feel anxious though

That could definitely do it. And being anxious of course doesn't help anything. Try to sleep or distract yourself. For me, playing a game called Peggle or Sudoku on my phone helps. Hope you feel better soon!

I really hope it's a bug and nothing serious! My left arm is so sore and my neck when I move it a lot but because of my anxiety I don't know if its because that's what I'm focusing on more bla hate being ill!

Def sounds like a bug .... Drink plenty ov water and eat if u can , even if just some digestive biscuits or toast.... If your no better by late 2mrw ( no better at all I mean ) thrn maybe pop to the dctr
