How do you know if your suffering with depersonalization ???

My boyfriend could never place what was wrong with him as it wasn't so much anxiety so was always puzzling. If you google it it tells you.

It's so much more nearer to how my boyfriend feels rather than anxiety and panic attacks.

It roots off from anxiety though I think so it is part of it.
