Shock feeling when startled or scared?

Just wondering if anyone else gets this? When I get startled or scared suddenly (like today I almost hit a car) I get this surge of shock through my body. Like severe pin and needles.

yeah, I know the feeling. sometimes it has a delay, like you know something scared you, and you know that the pin feeling is coming.
