flu-ish feeling

Hi folks,I had an ultrasound earlier today and had a very stressful day.I'm sure its anxiety but does anybody else run a low grade fever and feel ill after stressful days?

This is an entirely new symptom for my everchanging list but its a strange one to say the least!
