Hello Everyone,
I have just started this account recently in order to post on Anxiety Forum. There are 3 of us here, all affiliated with the Social Anxiety Institute in Phoenix, AZ. We are not here to promote the clinic or the clinic's products. We have all had social anxiety disorder, some of us still working to overcome it. We have all used Dr. Richards' therapy, and we have all participated in the CBT groups at the clinic. Again, it is not our purpose to promote Dr. Richards, as much as we do believe in his work and have all benefited from it.
It is our hope that we can add to this discussion board in a positive way, sharing our own personal experiences with social anxiety, and working towards overcoming it. To be a part of the discussion, to help and understand others who are still suffering so much from SAD.
