I had a decent day. Went to bingo, spent time with my mom. Had a few minor anxiety spells, but I am getting used to them.

This is the third day in a row when I'm feeling absolutely normal. I don't really know what's going on but I'm loving it. Even my neck problems haven't caused me to become anxious. Had a few beers and nothing. At times I can't believe that this is true but I've got my hopes high.
