Could be gas, take a pepcid or some tums, if it gets worse see a dr.

It sounds like soreness from tension. I get it ALL the time. I actually have it a little bit tonight, faintly. Hope your feeling better.

That's usually gas. Heart attack pain is usually in the arm or neck or a sensation of great pressure. Sharp pains in chest are either gas or sore muscles from sitting tensely.

I had this exact thing on Saturday and it scared the bejeezus out of me! Really sharp, almost like needles stabbing me in the chest repeatedly.

Once I realised it was gas they stopped. :)
