what symptom do people suffer from mostly on a day to day basis?
mines chest pain (left side or centre)
arm and hand (both) go numb and tingly/heavy
shortness of breathe
shakiness

Shortness of breath and a unreal/depersonalization feeling....rubbery legs too.

Shortness of breath and palpitations are big ones for me, along with dizziness if I stand up too fast and chronic pain in various parts of my left side (mostly my leg.)

Chest pain. In my left side and middle. Sometimes right but rarely. Numbness in my arms. Legs. Feels like my heart will stop completely. Light headed ness and weakness. Head pressure and permanent blind spots for about 7 months now. I can't even sleep on my back because my chest has a weird sinking or heavy feeling. Been that way for about 9 months now

It depends on the day. Some days I am very nauseous and lightheaded. Other days I'm exhausted and lightheaded. I can have chest pains, like my heart is aching and not working properly. Ehm, tingly/numb hands, feet, sometimes I have that feeling around my mouth. Diarrhea. Eh, what else. A lot.
