Anxiety is tiring and draining that's for sure. Take a look at your diet it can often make us feel worse by eating processed foods, foods high in sugar and caffeinated drinks etc. Raw veg, wholefoods, fruit, wholegrain foods for carbs and lots of water. Won't be an overnight cure. It'll take weeks-months but it helps.
