DOn't fixate on it. The more you fixate on symptoms the longer they last or the worse they get. Keep busy, keep hydrated and keep active. You need to keep your mind busy and distracted or anxiety and overthinking will have a field day. Also look at what you're eating. Cut out the processed sugars, fats and general crap. raw vegetables, fruit, wholefoods, seeds, nuts etc. They're key for getting the minerals and vitamins you need. WHolegrain foods for the much needed carbs. Everything else, pre-packaged "convenient" crap will not help the way you feel in the long run.

Have to keep busy. It takes practice to not respond to symptoms with fear and worry. But in time you can stop yourself reactign emotionally and simply let your body ache or shake or whatever. Just let it get on with it, fighting, fearing and panicking doesn't make it disappear does it?. So don't do anything, just keep busy and get on with your day.

Me too - not having the best day, and I've been holding up pretty well too. Than again, I did kinda party and binge drink this weekend; so I'm sure that has a lot to do with it...

I never learn : \

Drugs whether legal or illegal mask symptoms they never deal with root causes.

So true - and that's what turns me off to western medicine; it's drifted away from science - treatment and curing; to being pill pushers driven by the big pharmaceutical companies; after all, there's no profit in curing, only long term treatment with meds.
