Numbness in left arm and leg

Does anyone else experience this? It's numb feeling, kind of tingly. I have strength and feeling, just feels numb and tingly. I have experienced it in my arm more frequently, but never in both at the same time.

I don't get numbness but I do get pain in my left arm.its scary! :/

Haha I've got it in my left hand and arm at the min :(

It's driving me batty! I've never had it this long. Usually it goes away after a few hours. My leg is better, but my arm is awful :(

Deficiencies in Vitamin B, as well as some minerals like calcium and magnesium cause symptoms like you are experiencing.

Your cure could be as simple as getting a little exercise and taking a few supplements. It was for me and many others.

bonehead what supplements are you taking? I get the numbness and tingly arms and hands all the time :(

I take amino acids (with Vitamin B complex) and magnesium/calcium daily. Somedays I take a multi-mineral in place of the mag/cal.

Check the stickies at the top of the forum. There's one dedicated to supplements. Don't buy all at one time though. Try one for a few weeks see how you do and then another etc. YOu can wind up spending/wasting a lot of money on supplements hoping to find an instant cure.
