My wife drinks regular. I drink decaf (obviously), but I've been jumpy all night and I couldn't figure out why, since I've been practicing my CBT and mindfulness techniques. Well, I went to make a pot of decaf and had to refill the little container we keep for the grounds and realized the coffee I've been making is actually regular, not decaf! LOL! No wonder I've been pacing around the house, worrying every time I let my mind wander. I usually go to bed about 4am but now I'm going to have to wait for the caffeine to wear off. I'm completely exhausted, but not tired in the least, if you know what I mean. Fun fun! Gotta stay busy, and not let my mind wander.
