my heart doesn't really race anymore since being on Zoloft. Now what I fear most is just feel "spacey" like in a fog.. I hate it. and the dizziness and sensitivity to light is also not fun.

For me it's my throat closing up when I try and speak, and then the nervous fidgeting. I hate the idea that other people know I'm nervous

Don't fear it. The more you fear a symptom the more it'll affect you. Remember it's what anxiety feeds off; fear and worry. Some symptoms are utterly hideous. Chest pains making you worry about your heart or dizziness making you worry about a brain tumour or some such. But these are all paranoid thoughts with no credability to them.

Feeling on edge and anxious, like im gonna lose my mind. I get scared the feeling is never going to go away. It's awful.
