New Mexico, 26, severe health anxiety, generalized anxiety and horrible panic attacks that seem to come and go with extremely long periods of time in between so they catch me off guard every single time. Managing my anxiety EXTREMELY well at the moment; no severe panic attacks in about three months and HUGE improvement in my general level of anxiety, especially about my health, which I think was due to medically clearing a lot of things that were scaring me. Right now, feeling like a normal person again, which is a spectacular feeling, which is definitely much preferred to feeling insane and like I was about to die any second.

28/f Houston tx suffer with anxiety,health anxiety, bouts of depression. I have had ekgs ,blood work several times, MRI, ct scans of head and chest, ultrasound of organs, d-dimer which was positive. X-rays of chest and lungs. Test on heart enzymes, liver enzymes.. u name it.. no meds, trying natural remedies. .

And I am the king of panicking about family members to the point where if somone just wants to walk the dog (an example)

I have to go with to make sure nothing goes wrong.. and to avoid the panic that comes over me whilst there gone.

For example I have had no sleep tonight because my sister is out, I feel sick and have knots in my stomach.

Ive even started to avoid the situation by staying away from family so it cant get to me...what I cant see, can't bother me.

Hello fellow sufferers. I'm Bill from Colorado. I have severe panic attacks and general anxiety. I've been receiving treatment now for 10 years, and so far what it has done is helped me to realize I'm not the only one, and there is no cure other than major lifestyle changes and/ or drug addiction. I'm functional in my own way, and I always do my best to help others and keep my spirits up.
