Cold is causing anxiety

I have a cold and it is causing me to have anxiety. Mostly because I cannot breath. I have also had this pain in my shoulder and left breast/ rib area and it is making it linger. Now my heart is starting to pound :-(:-(

:( Try sorting the symptoms out first. Try some tablets and nasal sprays and all that jazz. Then deal with your anxiety. Sounds horrible :(

I have the same thing. For me, being sick is pushing the anxiety up. If you have a 'nettie pot' it will help clear out the nose.
Hope you feel better soon and know how being sick with anxiety on top, really sux!
