Try to relax and breath through it.try your coping stratagy and it will pass. Or read a post and message through it. That's helping me right now

Nothing. Major just the usuAl short of breath pain in chest. I'll just breath through it and read posts and messesge away. So used to it now its the norm at nite in bed.I know I'm not gonna die so it will pass
