sharp stabbing pains in both legs... please help

I have been having sharp stabbing pains in my legs for a while. . Ido why. . Kind of painful. When it hits me, I jump but it kind of goes away.. idk what this is. . I'm thinking the worst.. this sucks. . . Idk if its nerves or what..?

Try to put them on Hot water and take some pain killers ..
