sick of this day already :(

I've had
numb arm and shoulder
numb tingly hands
left side chest pain on n off
back pain under shoulder blade
chest spasms in centre of chest

and it's only 12:30 grrr!
what about other people?

I'm 23 n it's not too bad got a numb arm / hand tho :( is it normal for all this ? :/ I've not had anxiety long

I'm sure it's just anxiety and the more u worry bowt it " notice " It and keep thinking on it ... It will get worse ... If yr really concerned check it with yr dctr but I'm sure yr fine ... Anxiety can give so many horrible symptoms and they kan also change .. What I used to get wen I was younger I very rarely get but I get diff symptoms ... Feel free to PM anytime ... What country are u in ?

it's just the numb shoulder down to elbow what annoys me cos it keeps happening like once every few hours grrr :(
