My schedule is very important to me. I tend to be a very routine person. So when my boss changes my normally constant schedule i have a hard time. Yesterday was normal but today tomorrow and Friday will be a struggle. Im so sick of struggling :( i would like to wake up and get ready for work without the attacks like someone who has never had anxiety i want to be the shoulder to cry on not the one crying. This can't be life this is not how i was ment to live...

I totally understand. It's so upsetting not knowing why we have to deal with this day in and day out. Why us?

Since it seems you do know your schedule a bit head of time can you take some time the night before and relax and go over the schedule for the next day so you can feel more prepared? Visualize you going through your schedule and see it as a success. Change is actually healthy for our brains.
