Length of Panic Attacks

How long do your attacks last and do you feel fine before and after these? I dont have specific panic attacks, I experience bad days where I feel like im losing it, it doesnt just come for a shirt period it may last all day and symptoms such as Derealisation can last an hr or two. Anyone else feel like this?

They can last from 5 min to all day, it all depends.
