woke up through night as my son was crying for his dummy n my left arm n hand was all numb and tingly :/ I fell back asleep so didn't bother me that much but would it be the way I slept or anxiety?

It's prob the way you have slept I get that alot :) it quite common

Oh yes it can be like that for a while untill you get feeling back :) it's ok so try and relax

It's easy to crimp your artery by your elbow when sleeping. Happens every night

Jus having anxiety can cause your arm to feel like this to, for days at a time too. Wanted to clarify
