Does anyone else get really bad leg ache when their anxiety is high, I used to get it loads about a year ago and it all of a sudden died down but all today I've had a tremendous ache on the back of my right leg just below my knee cap. I used to put it down to growing pains even though I knew it was probably this, does anyone else experience this? It's like a constant cramp I even couldn't go for a run because it was that bad, now I'm trying to sleep and it's all I can think about so it's getting worse. Any ideas? :(
