I have to ask anyone else find a connection between the two, I have panic disorder and find I get anger so easy.

Yes. It's a pretty common connection. Your resources for self-regulation are just lower when you're anxious, and so it's easier to lose control for anger too.

You might just have a normal testosterone level... Western testosterone levels have plummeted in the past 100 years. Scary stuff.

I get angry too, but anger can be healthy. How high is yours?

Depend on the day some time I get so pissed I see red and just want to put my fist in a wall.

Anxiety feeds off stress and worry. Stress will often lead to anger and a shorter fuse. It also robs satisfaction and enjoyment and motivation. But as you learnt o accept anxiety and begin to recover things start to get easier step by step.

Pretty normal I'd say. Your already pissed you gotta deal with anxiety and anything else is just fuel to the fire! I feel great when I'm incensed but coming down is a drag

Well, it's called fight or flight. We emphasize the flight part but adrenaline ups the fighting hormones, too.
