Well I was doing ok since my panic attack at a festival next day took my daughter to er did fine even with all the stress then today it hit me. Been having a migraine all day which worried me now I'm having heart palpitations dizziness lightheadedness numb left hand dry mouth restless extreme upset stomach and can't sleep .. Ugh make it stop !!
