does. anyone get one arm really numb n feels heavy ish for a while n u just feel a bit dodgy like not feeling yourself when it happens ?? :/

Ive got this right now, its horrible its just your anxiety, you will find when your not foucusing on it, it will just go :)

thank u, it's gone ATM but it was only for an hour or so wen I was out I felt all weird and stuff :/ x
