Hi everyone. I am having a real hard time lately. My anxiety has been off and on but for the past week or so has been bad. I been getting anxiety for every little thing and cry outbid no where . I just upped my escitalopram from 10mg to 20mg 10 days ago can that cause it to to go high? I also been seeing a psychiatrist for a year and things have been okay but feel like she can help more. Idk I just need some advice. I am so anxious :(
