Freaking out... Go figure!

Ok I just woke up and a spot on the back side of my arm is sore to the touch but nothing is visibly there. Just it hurts and if I gently press on it, it hurts and my hand on that arm feels cold like inside it like not cold feeling on the outside but like my blood is cold on the inside of my hand or something. I am freaking out what could this be?? :(

I am sorry I have no idea about this one but it hard hen you get a new symptom with the anxiety I'm struggling with pains in my left arm and palpertaions at the moment which are fairly new to me

I used to get pains and aching really bad in my left arm when I first started having anxiety in 2011... Finally it stopped but it is alarming being the LEFT arm and all.
