Random tash on knuckles

I randomly came out in this flat red rash (no spots on top of it) just a plain red rash about 1cm in size on my 4th knuckle. This then spread to my chest.. And it cleared, leaving the knuckles still there. Then on my finger on the other hand I got 5 tiny blisters going down the side of my index finger! Itchy and feeling irritant.
I walked to my grandmas wich was a 10 minute walk so I don't think it was a heat rash.
Google says anxiety ?
And I washed my dry hand with soap and didn't wash I just wiped with tissue dry..
