Hello everyone my name is Katy and i'm from small town Texas :action-smiley-065:I have no idea what type of anxiety I have its really weird I had been pretty good but the past 4 months have been hard I don't want to even drive in a car with old friends or family, always wanting to be in control when used to be I could handle it.
I had one panic attack about 7 years ago that left me with anxiety when I would go out, watch movies, go with friends and family about an hour away from home but I thought that I had nipped it in the bud until like I said 4 months ago I was an hour away from home having a normal conversation and then though "wow i'm about an hour away from home that's a lot of miles" and BAM I couldn't breath the anxiety started all over again and now I don't go anywhere unless its with me driving my own car and not over an hour away from home....can't even be around my own friends without getting nervous or claustrophobic. Gave up caffeine, trying to exercise every day but its not helping like it has in the past I don't take any meds.
