I certainly do! It's the effect of adrenalin, please don't worry. However, if it worries u that much and has been persisting for some time, go see your GP. Just remember though that, depending on your anxiety, it will play on these perfectly normal reactions to what is a hormone and neurotransmitter, and something that body needs :)
