Numb and tingly

does any one else get numbness and tingly in the arms hands fingers and legs? :/ I had last week for a few days it went away n now it's come back :/ is this part of anxiety?

Yes I've that b4 .. I used to get it a lot in my hands / fingers wen I was goin thru a really bad time with panic attacks

Mine get really itchy with no rash! (Feet and palms) to the point I'm yanking my socks off but can't get rid of the itch. It only happens when I remember it, I can go weeks fine and then one little normal itch will bring it all up. It's extremely annoying! :(

it's just in my arms hands fingers legs usually on one side but sometimes on both. just feels numb n tingly n feels like a crawling feeling on my skin what makes me need to itch!! anyone had that crawling feeling?? x
