Why do my eyes stare down when I feel anxiety?

I have noticed, I only feel comfortable staring down when having anxiety.. It's really irritating, I don't know what to do to change that.

I notice I feel crappy after I look up from staring down.

Same, it's like a dizziness feeling too when I look up from staring down..

I wonder why it happens...

Yep I def get this.. And even when I turn my head. As in if I'm in between two ppl and I'm looking to my left as they are speaking, when I need to turn my head to the right I get dizzy/woozy... It's bloody awful.
And worse... It's when I am think I'm not actually anxious!!!!! Go figure.. Guess my brain is so used to those feelings that they are hard to turn off
