Hey everyone it's been a long time since I have been on here.. I have been doing so well however this week has been very bad my anxiety has been extremely high and today I will be alone and have errands to run have to take car to dealer for repair and then my daughter and I have hair appts at noon and I have to grocery shop which I hate doing all in which I have to drive alone .... Chest pains have already started and my IBS has flared to the point I don't want to leave my house. Someone help me please
