Hello All,


I have read many different articles stating that anxiety and panic attacks is due from a lack of nutrition. I don't know how true that is, but I researched and came across of a couple of people that has healed or dramatically improved their anxiety by juicing fruits and veggies.

I am just curious if anyone here had done this and what kind of results did you get.

Improving your diet is only going to benefit you, regardless if it, in and of itself, ends up completely curing your anxiety. Nutrition is so much more important than people think...it can be of really vital importance in a lot of areas, stress and anxiety included. All I can say for sure is that when I'm eating healthy, I feel better on the whole.

I've been changing my diet slowly to a plant based diet (read eat to live and watch forks over knives and fat, sick & nearly dead) and I've felt a lot better. The healthier I eat, the less symptoms I feel
