Idk why i have to be lightheaded. I really hate this feeling. Its not bad just annoying as hell.. I did stop my sunflower seeds being really busy.. Idk, if its truely a magnesium problem.. I do have the factors. I have a peptic ulcer which can take alot of ur nutrients ... Idk what to think.. Im too damn scared to take supplements. I don't know why.. Advice anyone???
