Today I have experienced dizziness lightheadedness pain in lower right abdomen running to the bathroom to make an urgent bowl movement headache dry throat feels like a ball in the back of my throat chest pain lip
And leg trembling worry of what could go wrong which made my face hot and me look extra pale vision blurriness short of breath head Itches and feels weird things don't feel real and hands get numb and sweaty, what's yours? Oh the life of someone who has anxiety health anxiety and panic attacks !!
