Having an awful day

I woke up ok but I'm now getting fearful. Today I'm having irrational fears about my health. I'm worried I have mouth cancer because of a bump in the roof of my mouth. I hope i dont end up in the ER tonight and that i can wait it out until monday and can call my dentist. I hate these kinds if days. They just derail me so bad and idk how long until im feeling better . :(

Yesssss I am soo tired and now I'm focusing on anything that's abnormal stomach hurts gassy headache right lower abdomen hurts racing heart. Hope we both can make it to Monday !! Hope the day gets better

Not at all. I understand completely. I wish i had a dr on call 24/7 to run tests and calm my fears
