Bouts of dizziness

I hate this. Got out of my truck tonight and felt like i was gonna fall over..got butterflies instantly as i felt this...what the heck??? Now it has me freaked

Are you taking any supplements? Dizziness and anxiety is very common for folks with a Vitamin B deficiency.
